Took dash apart.. now turn signals don't work :-|
« on: September 02, 2016 - 11:45:44 PM »
Per my other thread about my tach woes... once I got everything back together I discovered that my previously-working turn signals are no longer working.  :swear:  And by took apart I mean: Dropped steering column and removed gauge cluster.

Any ideas?

(Sometimes I gotta tell myself that all the headaches are TOTALLY worth it. Lol)

Check the easy things first. Did dropping the column cause the turn signal connector to come loose?

And how old are the flasher relays?

Mine was bad. Could've sworn it would work and it was bad.

Prob solved.

I noticed that the #8 fuse was blown. Apparently this, among other things, powers the tach. (which I'm having issues with) Disconnect the 12v to the tach and now my flashers work.
