Window Roller Kit

Hey gang,

Just installed the window roller kit that I got from YO in my 74 challenger. Everything fit where it was supposed to go, but it rolls up 2-3x harder than it did before. Everything was regreased when it went back together, so I'm wondering if there is a fitment issue with the new rollers. It's not hitting anything that I can see, and it's happening on all 4 windows.

Has anyone installed these with better luck? Any ideas?

I used the year one kit  and I the rollers were tight . I bought a new kit from   Restorick. And it was much better.
 Questions?

Front windows:
Did the rollers go into the front and rear glides smoothly  or was there some resistance?
the rollers is the glides should not be tight. My year ones were tight ..

Rear :

Are the shoulder bolts with the spring  lined up and aren't squeezing the two plastic halfway pinching the channel.
My year one plastic half were dis formed .
