leather tuff wheel with rimblow fish cap
« on: September 17, 2016 - 09:32:34 PM »
Thought I would post a few pics of my finished product,  it's the 14.5" leather wrapped tuff wheel sold by pg classics and others.   The rimblow Center cap was from classic industries but was in a dales Cuda shop box.  The spacer was made by brads70. (Thanks brad!)

That looks nice.  Are the details on the fish cap shiny?  They look kinda dulled in that light.  Brad, do you sell those spacers now?

I bought material to make mine and have some left over, not going into business per say but could make a few more with the material I have left? It seems the Cuda cap is different than the Dodge in regards to height?

.   The "fish" was pretty dull and full of machine marks,  I spent some time with a toothbrush and polishing compound to make it look good.  The ring and Allen head screws are a silver matte paint finish.  I also took the cap apart and painted it so it looked like the picture from the ad.  Seems they are like Big Macs,  nothing like their picture!
