Y6 Gold Metallic Challenger Pics wanted

Are these rare or what??  I've looked all over the net and the closest I've found is a Y6 Charger.

They are bloody hard to find, this is all I couold find even then I'm not 100% sure it IS Y6 Gold?  :dontknow:

Yeah, you're right.  The second one is taken from an angle where the color doesn't show much.  I think the first one might be GF3 light green metallic.

This is the best pic of JY6 I have found but it's a Charger.  I'm trying to get an idea what my Challenger would look like this color.

And it probably looks gold in person.  According to the 1973 brochure, they made 3 different golds.  It might be the darker gold.

After looking at that Chart it doesn't really look like it goes on there... Maybe your right, just the photo.

There's actually another green that it might be closer to.  The first pic just doesn't look gold to me, though.

 The first picture is a 74 only color.  It is sort of a color change paint and can look avocado green, gold , or brown depending how the light hits it and the angles. But mostly the deep green. It was an extra cost color in 1974 !
