A 392 w/ 8speed is sitting in my garage for my 70 Barracuda. QA1 K frame, Milodon 31000, Borgeson... Has anybody figured out the tranny drive?

Mopar has a ecm and harness available for 1700 that will run the 8 speed.

I thought that harness was engine only?
It says on it that it is optimized for standard not auto trans, unless I read it wrong?

I don't believe the newly released ecu/harness will run the 8spd.

The new harness will not support any auto trans - you need to convert it to a full manual valve body if you want to run a drive-by-wire pedal or run a wire throttle pedal.
