Torsion bar grease

Can someone tell me how much grease needs to be put into the rubber boot of the torsion bars before installing them in the car? Thanks in advance.

The FSM says to " pack the annular opening in the rear anchor completley full of Multi-Mileage Lubricant or equivalent.
I can add photos of the FSM torsion bar install if needed.
