1971 Dodge Challenger 340 - $22000 (gilroy)
Putting my 1971 Dodge Challenger up for sale. It is not an r/t.
Original small block, automatic, a/c, plumb crazy purple car. I have the build sheet and some documents from previous owners.
Now has a built 340. I do not know the specs and don't have any paperwork on the build. It has a mild cam and doesn't seem to have many miles on the build. The car gets up and goes.
Automatic transmission with slap stick console shifter, original to the car.
I have converted the front to disc brakes, rebuilt the carburetor, new belts, hoses, plugs, cap, wires, rotor, adjusted all linkages, new master cylinder, fuel pump and filter, air filter, and I'm sure there's some I'm forgetting.
This car is a reliable driver. I have commuted in it from Gilroy to Santa Clara reliably.
It has MSD electronic ignition, hooker headers, Holly carburetor, edelbrock intake manifold. Front tires 245/50r14, rear 295/50r15.
This car is by no means show quality. It is a good 10 foot car. It is an original California car and has not left the state.
The interior is fair, but needs work. It has never been replaced or repaired and shows its age.
This is a car that can be driven while you finish the details on it.
It has a clean title and is currently registered in my name.
I would like to sell it sooner than later and I am open to offers. Please email, text, or call me with any questions.
