What did you get for Christmas?

   I got a gift from my angel.

November 13th  I had double stroke.

 Frontal lobe and occipital  lobe
.
TIA transient ischemic attack "minor stroke". Double clot about size of peanut.
Which is about the size of my brain.

Three days in hospital.


Thank the LORD I had no physical or mental damage.

Wearing a heart monitor until January 9th.

Stress test last week.

Been going to Gold Gym since September.

Had to start over on less weights and reps.......

Wishing all had a Merry Christmas.

I can identify with this! I had a TIA mini stroke 3 years ago. Thank the Lord every day I wake up, it's a gift for sure! Happened on my way to work, called wife telling her which streets I was on as I drove myself to hospital. Left side, face, arm and leg numb. Not a good feeling.

No rehab.

 No physical or mental damage.

Change diet and learn how to Kool it.

  I wasn't taking my cholesterol  medication daily.

You always read warning :  if you drink excessive, smoke and are obese you are likely to  have a heart attach or stroke..

I go to the gym 3 times a week. I'm a skinny 5'7  weight 157lbs. hardly drink don't smoke. Complete opposite of the warning.

Have high blood pressure and cholesterol take meds.   ? ? ? ? ? ? ?.  140/72
