If the original hose is 3/8 use it and purchase a new pre-bent one (2 if original is 5/16 od) and run them both side by side.
I in essence did the same thing and made my own out of ss. For now I kept the 5/16 but will eventually swap it out also.

And congrats from another 74 owner.

Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

I am just going to use the factory line as a template and come around behind the tank.

Well Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on the trunk. I decided to clean it up before I installed the EFI tank. There was some surface rust underneath the trunk pan above the gas tank. I treated it with Eastwood Rust treatment that is supposed to turn rust into a paintable surface. I then undercoated it.

Then I went on to the trunk itself. Many hours with a wire wheel and I got to here.

Then hit it with self etching primer and new seam sealer

Then finished it off with Duplicolor Bed liner in a can

I have spent more time inside this Dang trunk then I ever thought I would.

And the trunk is just the beginning of what will be consuming your time. Turned out really nice though.

Thought you said this thing had tubs?

btw I really like your trailer with the sliding rachet strap anchors. What make is it?
Cheers!

Well that is being debated between multiple personalities lol. I want to get it going asap so I can enjoy it. I know I will drive it a while before paint. everything else will probably be finished first though, with a engine rebuild over the winter. I plan on taking the 360 up over 500hp range. I want a screamer small block for road coarse stuff. I am saving for the tremec Kit for now.
