Thats it!!  The settings are in your profile in the signature area.  I actually host mine on cc.com.  Find and old thread and insert the pic, pull up the url and waaa laaa . . . pics in my signature!   :grinyes:  :grinyes:  :grinyes:

Or if you want to do what I do, create an account at http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload whatever photos you want to use for your signature.  If you want something similiar to what mine looks like, you'll have to create the banner in Photoshop then upload to the free image hosting site.  (BTW: I apologize for my sig. requiring scrolling to see it all.  I had created it on my widescreen aspect ratio laptop, so I didn't know it showed up wrong until I was at a desktop.)

4dr, through all that jumble I said my signature shows up just right on my screen, but I noticed that it doesn't quite fit when looking at it on a desktop.

What's  a URL?

In simple terms, that is an address of the picture on the internet.  This tells the computer where to go and look for it.  You find the url in the properties of the photo.  Right click then properties.

you can also host your images on photobucket.com and then you just have to copy and paste the url they give you for your picture its really not that hard well for me it isnt but some other people i guess it takes them longer for them to figure out computer stuff and i sympathize there bc i used to be that way
