Can't decode couple of lines

The lines that I drew through, I know. But whats the other two lines mean ? I've had this car for a few years now, but just now decided to find out wtf they mean.

 That 26 was the one that really had me baffled.
One last point of confusion....
If  019221 is the build number, then what is 105459 which I thought was the sequence (order ? ) number. What the difference ? Mine was one of 019221 buillt in L.A. , but the total built including Hamtrak is 105459 ?
My vin is BH23N0E105459

No, not exactly. The "build sequence number" is the last six digits of the VIN and in your case that is 105459. The number "starts" with 100,001, so technically your car was the 5,459th car to be assigned a VIN at the LA plant and scheduled for production. The order number, or "VON", is just that - the order number from the dealer to the factory. Dealers were issued order books, almost like a checkbook, and each order form had a unique preprinted number on it in the upper right corner and it is this number on the order form that is stamped into the fender tag as the VON. The original dealer who ordered your car placed the order with an order form that had "019221" preprinted on the upper right hand corner of the form.
