vinyl decal on valve cover?

Anyone here have vinyl decals on valve covers? Will they hold up? I've seen it done but not sure on durability

I wouldn't bet a nickel they'd stay on, unless you maybe clear coated them after all the proper cleaning. Too much heat, but Chevy got away with it for years.  :dunno:

If they're on a quality vinyl, you'll be just fine.
