Have to change my old Email but don't know how?

It's been a very long time since I've been on here because I couldn't remember my password so I sent it to my email and forgot that I use to change emails so much that it took forever to figure it out! 

But I logged on to the gmail and it's just full of spam. I would love for someone to walk me through on how to change my email to my current ( permanent ) email!!

I would think any of the admin could help.  Send me a PM with all the information including your login, all the email addresses and specify which is old and new.  I would think I could have this done in the next day and get you set up!

 

Should be able to find your old account if you had one, update your email and password if you want . .
