71 challenger.  Has anyone used any of the aftermarket electric window.  Would a original style work better than the aftermarket?

I have manual windows and would like to go to power windows on the front doors only.  Any suggestions on the way to go about this?  Should I look for a aftermarket kit or try to assemble all of the original parts.  Is there a company maybe that could help me figure this out?

Are the brackets in the doors different for power windows?

http://www.nu-relics.com/Mopar-s/480.htm  Probably your best/easiest option... Original power window parts are pretty rare & pretty pricey....  The tracks are the same, the regulators are unique....

Classic cars sells these and you have to buy a switch kit to go along it.  Has anyone ever used these?

Anyone install aftermarket electric windows in a e body.  Thinking of doing but Nu Relics is on the step side at 650.  Has anyone tried the classic industries?

You are better with the new ones versus trying to put together a set of originals, even without the read regulators. Have not seen any oem sets for sale lately, but when you do, they are around 2-4k for a full set with wire harnesses. I was fortunate to locate just the driver side regulator without motor or anything, paid like $250 and glad to find it.

Thanks,  I guess 650 is not to bad.  I don't care if they are stock or not.  It will probably do me good to roll them up and down by hand.  Keeps all the joints loose
