Turn signal switch

I recently had my steering box replaced. I also replaced the turn signal switch because of some lighting problems. The turn signal cancels on left turns but not on right turns. Do you think the steering wheel is 180 degrees off. Here is a picture of the steering wheel with the tires straight.  Thanks

That's the way the factory wheel should be positioned with the wheels straight.
