70 Rallye Gauge Cluster Rebuild ?

I bought a decent 70/71 rallye gauge cluster a few yrs ago at Carlisle. It needs to be refurbished and was wondering who I should have do it? I'll be going out to Carlisle on the 15th and Instrument Specialties is usually there and an older couple setup underneath the grandstand. (There name escapes me!) All info, good and bad will be helpful. Thanks

Instruments  specialty did mine years ago. Red Line is the other company that does them. Not sure if either one still go to Carlisle. It's a shame but a lot of the venders seem to stop going to the shows .

IS is doing my entire dash, I spoke to Thomas a few days ago, yes IS will be at Carlisle
