alright, with a little luck and some trial and error I was able to tackle the door sections of the billboards. while never finding any actual specific information that detailed the different steps needed for this graphic, (that would differ from any other normal vinyl installation) I worked through them, they are on, perfectly located, and look flawless!!
thinking I had it figured out I proceeded to the rear quarter section, expecting it to be easer because only 1 marker hole to contend with. unfortunately I am stuck again.
so the issue is the rear section below the marker has to be relief cut, then over lapped over the lower section of the vinyl, this is a problem because the premask, I have been told by many and phoenix graphixs that the premask has to be left on until vinyl is installed and dried for at least 3 hours... if this is so how does one overlap it, does one remove the premask in this overlap section, and or leave the backing on until the rest is on and dried, then come back later and complete the overlap part?? or do I "pac-man" relief cut a wedge out of the graphic itself removing both backing and premask for that section?
because of this I was not able to install the rear quarter section graphics...
