472 Hemi question

I bought a 472 Hemi for my 70 CUDA. I heard it will be very difficult to start after you turn it off after driving it  ( being that it's hot ) ? Is there a fix for this ? Fuel injection ? Or ....????? Thx

there is an easy fix for any hot engine that has trouble starting.
usually involves a heat shield on the carb, and phenolic spacer,
and insulation on the fuel lines. Search this site for a lot of discussion
on the issue. Good luck!
72 Cuda, owned 25 years. 496, with ported Stage VI heads, .625 in solid roller, 254/258 at .050, 3500 stall, 3.91 rear. 850 Holley DP, Reverse manual valve body.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"

also, engine needs to be in tune, with carb properly adjusted,
and correct timing. Engine must be well grounded.
