I have to get a new set of Visors for a 70 Cuda.but need to know how the rods come out as they don't come with the new ones. Dothey just pull out from the old one or am I doing something wrong Thanks for any help

Lot of muscle.
remove the visors for car. Hold the bracket and rotate back and forth as you are pulling on the visor.

Or you can do what I did, slice the visor down the length of the rod and free the rust holding the rod to the visor
