Cuda small dash lights

I have three small lights, all three have a kinda blue plastic cap over them. I know the one with the two small legs goes to the back of the ash tray, I have one which has a straight leg on it which goes up near the dash switches.

My third light which I am not sure what it is used for has one leg at about a 45 degree angle on it.

One should go under the switch panel; it shines down over the heater switch. You already have ID'd the ash tray light, not sure about #3, but I have my entire dash tore apart doing the electrical right now (73 Cuda).
