Manual Master Cylinder with 1" bore and Bolt on Cap
« on: February 07, 2018 - 12:30:58 PM »
I've searched the forum and didn't find an answer to this question.

Does anyone know where I can get the original, stock type master cylinder for manual brakes that has the 1" bore and that has the bolt on cap?

Not sure I know what that has to do with my question.....but its for a 70 Barracuda that currently has manual brakes, disc on front, shoes in the rear,   The car originally had manual drum brakes front and rear but someone put a front disc conversion kit on it but I'm assuming the master cylinder wasn't changed.  Either way, the brakes work fine, the master cylinder is just leaking a little so I want to replace it with the same type master cylinder since I know this one works fine.

I asked because many most vendors list master cylinders by their application and not their bore sizes.
