ENGINE QUESTION

whats a good size engine to put in a challenger price range between 3 and 5k? any websites or places you guys recommend?
2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 - Borla Catbacks, K&N Cold Air intake, Alpine DVD Player

Past Cars:
1991 Mitsubishi 3000gt Vr-4
 ( I know...rice, but hey we weere all young and stupid once)
1997 Dodge Dakota R/T
2000 Mustang GT

(I have this problem...I love Mopar and Ford) =)

$3 to 5k will build you about any 240, 383 or 440 engine,    you should be able to do a 440 for $4k.    And since bigblocks are the rage why not.........now you can buy a shortblock or probably even long block 340 or 360 for a little less.........ebaymotors also has some good engines or components that come on worth the money cause other peoples priority changes

....Small or Big Block? Mopar makes 360Crates that will run 2-3k, but it depends on what you have. If you have a Big Block 727, then youd build a big block unless you wanted to get a Small Block 727 trans and budget that....couple different factors...
