Cool so No need of a return line from the front to the back. Just a short one from the filter to the tank? I dont know mutch about the PSI required the one you suggest would be alright at 58 PSI? In the instruction of the Fitech they says the system run at 58 PSI so suppose it would be alright. Sorry if I ask alot and look stupid but I want to know as mutch as possible and get it right the first time. In a another post I have read that heaven with the command center you end up having to put a return line.

The LS filter sets the pressure @ 58 psi..... I should have used one, I have a full return line....  Which is fine too just more work & $$....  Since space was limited in the back I used a couple 180 fittings so the hoses had room to lay smoothly..

Did you use ruber line all the way or rigid line? I'm asking because tank inc have a line kit with the filter and all the fitting to instal a FITech system but its 25f of ruber line. Also I talk to a local guy who I tinking is a perty good mecanic he he not sure about having 2 perssure regulators on the the same fuel system and he worry to about the return line not beeing plug in the trottle body. Im going to call the FItech support since they answer e-mails.

I spent ten minutes typing up a full explanation including lots of pictures... The website wouldn't allow it.... There's allot of reasons so few post here anymore this is one of them....  You should consider taking tech questions over to Cody's board...     https://forum.e-bodies.org/index.php

You can use rubber lines but it is not advisable as a long term solution. You can also use SS braided line (or any of the modern hi performance lines out there as the SS braided can be a pain to work with). The main issue with running "soft" line such as rubber is that it is subject to damage from road debris, scraping, etc. Also rubber lines can degrade over time internally.

As to the regulator issue, I am not sure what you are referring to, you only need one regulator on the return side.

I run the hose with black nylon weave. It works on 1,000,000 mile Peterbilts, it'll work for me. The SS stuff is just a pain to work with.

Absolutely agree. I have used a lot of Fragolo series 8000 hose and it is awesome; easy to work with and super tough. If I were going to use it for fuel lines from the tank to the engine, I would make sure it is protected specifically from snags and getting pinched and of course keep it away from the exhaust (as you should with all fuel lines). I have and would use it again for just this purpose.
