7.25 to 8.75 and trans
« on: May 12, 2018 - 02:22:05 PM »
If I pull the 7.25 in favor of the 8.75 do I need a different driveshaft?

Does the 4 speed bolt onto my /6 and will I need a different driveshaft?

I'd like to do both as both kinda suck and I'm considering a supercharger for a car that will not just sit in the garage.

Thanks

I believe the 4 spd will bolt up no problem, however I am not 100% on the drive shaft; I seem to remember either the input shaft is different or the U joints are smaller (perhaps both).
