Going to be a little difficult to give you are price based on the information you provided. Once you get it out, you need to look at the date code on the side of the block to identify what year model car the engine was built for. That said, there are a lot of variables here that affect value; has it been rebuilt (specifically bored), is it a TA motor, if not, What year car was it put in originally, what heads are on it, is it all original, etc.
Perhaps a better way to approach this is that the engine will have the most value to someone who needs/wants a 340 specifically. If it isnt a TA motor then the 6 pack isnt original to the engine, the 6 pack could be an original TA/AAR outfit which makes it pretty desirable to the right person. Personally I would develop a package price, a price for just the engine and a price for the 6 pack.
To do that, you really need more information so that prospective buyers can determine whether they fit what they want. More pictures is always a benefit.
