    Dome Light mount problem

    I have ordered a new dome light for mu 1970 Cuda. This was sold as "Fits 70-74 E-Bodies"
    However I am not able to mount it. The dome light comes with two clips, however it seems that on my car it was attached with four small screws (see pics)
    Any suggestion?

    Do the holes line up at all? The clips (I believe) are for the wires, to route them down the sail panel. I would have to look at my challenger but I know on my Cuda, that is the same dome light and it is held in with 2 screws.

    I will go out and try and get a pic today. I dont think the picture will be overly helpful because it will not show where the dome light screws in.

    Your car isn't a Gran Coupe is it?

    My 1973 Barracuda installed with two screws.  I installed it with the bump out placed on the front side of the brace.  It took a little bit to align the screw holes.
