Black Trim for the Vinyl top
« on: August 13, 2018 - 05:34:26 PM »
Hello guys,
My challenger has a vinyl top and I was wondering if any of you have seem a car with the trim black with the vinyl top. My car will be painted in a gun metal color and I was wondering how it would look like all black on top. I'm going for a restomod look and the only picture i found was from Grand Turism 6.

Thanks

I think the black trim would look great , but I am not a fan of chrome anything to begin with, chrome dont get ya home.
The all black against gun metal sounds like a good choice.

A suggestion.. Back in the 80's when blacking out trim was popular I used wide black electrical tape on a few cars.... Works great, since it covers edge to edge it never peels
'& if you change your mind it's easy to remove...
