Hi, I'm installing a 2016 5.7 hemi in my 1970 barracuda . I looking at the vintage air setup with the stock compressor on the hemi.  so I spoke to the tech at vintage air and he's needs  to know it the stock compressor is a fixed displacement or a variable displacement type? I called the local dodge dealer and he had no idea . any help would be helpful Thanks gary

Are you on G3 Hemi Swap on book of feces? There's a thread on there about what will work. Looks like you need a compressor from an earlier one. People were saying '13 and older weren't variable displacement.
