Tell me different if I am wrong but isnt the flat spot on that blue mirror caused by damage? looks like the paint is wrinkled, the mirror should not have a flat spot but a line all around right?

Good eye Brett, it could be damage or it could be bad camera angle too...... but you are correct in the line should travel all the way around. :2thumbs:

Guys, this is the third 71 right mirror I see with this flat spot and a pointer tip at the end of the mirror. I think Chrysler never made matching mirrors of cuda/challangers, for any years. I will post the other pictures I've see asap.

Look at this 71 right side mirror. The line is there however it still has a flat spot.

Here is also a picture of a left 71 mirror.

I have also included a pair of 71 mirrors

I just dug out the good used pair I am going to use on my car and true enough, the passenger side mirror has a flat spot on it. They are original paint mirrors too so I know now what you are saying is true.

LOL>...... I'm starting to loose it............ Here one mirror marked as a Left 73-74 B body mirror. It actually match with a 71-74 e body mirror. Either the PG classic web site has mistakes on it or I'm loosing it.

Did you follow the link to that good chrome 70 drivers mirror for 30 bucks and 3 days left?  no bids on it yet.  It's 70 you want right?

The left 71 cuda/challanger mirror below looks like it matches with the right. Unfortunately my left mirror does look like that. It looks like the one from the pair.
