1970 Challenger Convertible Wanted
« on: April 19, 2018 - 11:29:51 PM »
Hey guys,

My search is on for a 1970 Challenger Convertible with a preference toward one of the shades of Blue, a 340 and 4 speed with little to no Rust would be the best of all.

Thank you for any information........

A real A66 four-speed 'vert?   Going to be hard to find.  Good luck!

My order of motor preference:  340, 318, six cylinder, no motor as price tends to go up too much for the big block verts.

Mainly just looking for a complete vert (with or without the drivetrain) and rust free to very little rust.

Referrals greatly appreciated.

A price range might help.
Good luck. It took me a couple years to find one in rust free condition and even then I had to assemble it and find some parts.

Thanks for thinking of me, although if you look closely it actually has the word Sold on top of the ad.  I had followed up with the seller earlier, just after it was sold.

Again, thanks and please keep the referrals coming.......

Please let me know if you hear of a 1970 Challenger RT convertible with a 440 U-code or 6-pack V-code convert. I'm in the market for a good numbers matching drivetrain and body car. Any referral would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Larry

Will do Larry.  I feel fortunate to already own a 70 Challenger Coupe with a 340 4 speed, so the desire for a Vert is somewhat of a fleating thought!
