Got a view of an installed shaker rubber seal on the baseplate?     If someone could post a pic or source a good view of a shaker seal installed on the base plate    I'm installing a new one on a aftermarket shaker base plate and have never installed one before

Here are 3 pictures of mine while it is off. The first one is from the underside of the adapter plate.  Depending upon who you bought your seal from and how long it has been sitting around, you may not be able to recognize the slot in the rubber.  On the bottom of the seal you should see a slot that will open as you push your finger into it. Run your finger all the way around to open it. The shaker adapter plate (not the base plate) will be slipped inside this slot all the way around.  If these pics don't help, let me know and I'll see if I can take some better ones.

Could you please post those shaker pics again?

I finally have all the major parts and am ready to assemble/  Your original pics when clicked on the original post says "404 attachment not found".  Wierd, I know.

I appriciate the time you spent on sending the original pics

Docmel - I sent you a message and followed it up with an email with pictures.  I hope the message and email help you get the rubber on correctly.
