missing wheel chart

I use to have a wheel and rim chart that showed all the different combo sizes on a spread sheet. I found it on this site but I cant seem to find it again. I lost mine on the my old computer. I'm hoping one of you may still have it. if so please post it for me again. thanks

So I tried to upload an excel version of the file inside of a zip but get an access error.
