Anyone convert their Challenger to the hydro boost brake

I am looking at the Sweeting hydro boost brake system conversion for my manual challenger brakes. Has anyone done this before? It doesn’t look to complicated, but I sure don’t want to tackle this, especially if it doesn’t help the brakes improve.

While I don't know that supplier of hydroboost, unless you're running a huge cam, why wouldn't oem power brakes suffice?

I've researched this out of curiosity and I think that packaging would be interesting and honestly I don't know you gain a lot unless you are running a big cam with low vacuum.

i converted this swap 3-4 years ago. i used hydroboost with master cylinder off of 2001 dodge ram 3500. i recommend using hi flow borgenson saginaw power steering pump. i tried using my rebuild factory federal pump when i converted to hydroboost. the federal pump lasted late spring of this year. it leaked so much, i put in borgenson hi flow pump.

I too have researched this and as stated, I don't know that it offers any real advantage. I am thinking about using one on my 70 RR because it has a tilt front end and there is a snout bar that connects near the MC mounting point so running a booster isn't an option.

Now a even more interesting "mod" is an electric PS pump...

when i kept the factory Pump, i didnt really feel the difference. but when i switched to the correct hi flow pump, i felt noticeable difference.
