Did your dad go to a car show decades ago in Simcoe or Delhi?  If your dad is same the guy I'm thinking about he gave me a matchbox car of a 1974 Challenger that he took the roof off of and painted it white. I own a triple white 1970 Barracuda convertible.

YES! I was there with him and remember the show. I remember at the end of the day you guys put your Cuda and his Challenger together to take some photos. I also remember you sending us a Christmas card with a photo of your Cuda.

Wow, you've got a great memory. I looked through some pictures (not in all my albums though) and found that I wrote Courtland, ON 1983 on them. John V. put that show on. BTW, did you inherit that car? If you'd rather not say, that's fine.

Unfortunately not. He ended up selling it in the mid 90s. Dad retired to Saskatchewan and is still going strong at 80.

I'm in a local Mopar club in Edmonton and am enjoying a new Challenger Hellcat while I put money away for an E body. They were a huge part of my childhood and teenage years and I still love them.
