Is it reading full - empty or somewhere in between?
Did you do an OHM reading to see what the sending unit is putting out?

8 PACK,
I asked you a couple of times now if you knew if the gauge matched the resistance of the Mopar sending unit. I'm sure this is the problem. If the gauge is some 200 ohm job, it won't read anything on the 70 ohm Mopar sending unit, no matter how much gas is in there.

According to Autometer's site that guage is reads 73Ωs Empty / 8-12Ωs Full.
8 Pack, you need to find out what the sending unit is doing like pink68 suggested.  If it is within spec, then you might just have a bad guage.
