Auto Salvage Yards
« on: September 20, 2005 - 02:12:06 AM »
Does anyone know any good salvage yards (we call them wreckers in Oz) who could be relied on to supply me some good used parts. Preference would be for a yard in California or close to as I a have a reliable shipping agent in LA. I would need someone who is (a) trustworthy as it's a long way if the parts don't show up or aren't correct (b) knows their Mopars so I get the parts I'm after & (c) has Challengers in stock.

Any suggestions will be greatfully accepted.

Thanks in anticipation

I would love to tell ya that I have a good source for a wrecker . . . but I don't.  Here in Michigan, they smash all the cars and all that is left in the "junk yard" (that's what we call it) . . . . is JUNK!  Hopefully someone else have a good source for ya!!  Good luck!

Burpin uses this site. It links you to yards all over the country. You just tell the site what part you are looking for and they contact you if they have it.
