    And do I understand right that it goes on the rear panel of the Challenger SE   above the tail lights?  Was it used anywhere else?

    This is where I got my paint. Yes, it goes on the rear tail panel, and the grill and headlight bezels of non-R/T cars. There is also argent silver paint on the center caps of the Rally wheels, but it is a different shade. If you call these people, they'll know what shade you need.
