    What type,size battery do I want to use with a 70 Challenger 383 Magnum automatic?
    What was the original that Dodge sent with the car?

    Group 24 yellow cap 59 amp/hr was standard, 27 red cap 70 amp/hr was optional.

    unles you want the original look I would use a red Optima , or the Exide gel cell
