First off, welcome to the board.  As for that 'Cuda, the sheetmetal doesn't look too bad (usual rust found in the lower quarters, most likely rust-through on the trunk extensions and outer wheel housings, too).  The rust-through on the left hand inner fender looks like it was caused by a leaky battery in the past, so assume that rot made its way onto the frame rail, too. (at least maybe just slight pitting from the corrosive acid.)  As for the rust under the rear seat, I've seen this before on several cars and like someone has already mentioned, chances are you can once again assume there may be some rot on the rear frame rails, too. (hopefully not, but you won't know until you get a chance to climb up underneath it to assess the damage.)  As several others have already stated, be sure to check for any rot/soft spots on the torsion bar crossmember, rear spring hanger areas, and the inner rocker panel section. (as viewed from below the car looking outwards at the outer rockers.)  If all of these areas check out to not have any visible rot or soft spots, than the current owner's asking price wouldn't really be too badly priced in today's muscle car market.  Keep us updated with the status of your decision. ;)
