I have a driver's side fender that has had a patch put in it and looks pretty good. It had dozens of hours put into by my x-bodyman, unfortunatly the idiot left the fender out in the rain for weeks and it has a little surface rust near a seam where the rain water pooled. I can take some pictures if your interested. Also, I live in northern Ohio, so it wouldn't be that long of a drive for you....
