Welcome catfish!

I sorta know where you are.  I'm up in Boston, MA, but my in-laws are in Little Rock and we have friends in Conway.

Your car looks like it's definately a great project!  It'll make a world of difference once you get the weed whacker going and clear off some of the brush.  All that stuff hold moisture and such.

Any fender tag codes for the color?  It looks more of a straight orange than a burnt orange judging from the inside of the car.

Once you clear off the weeds and all it would be great to see a few more pictures of the outside.

Congrats,
I think I heard about this car a couple of years ago. A guy by the name of Ricky Peel from Greenbrier asked me what the car would be worth. I never did hear from him as to whether he bought the car or not. Of course, it might not be the same car, not sure.
I live in Fort Smith and own several e and b body cars. Looks like a great start. When you get to the point of finding those headlamp bezels, let me know. I might be able to hook you up.
There were two oranges available in 70, hemi orange and vitamin c orange. My challenger convert was vitamin c. Can't really tell from the pics as to which color your's is.
Grant makes a wheel that is almost just like the tuff wheel in your car. Don't get rid of your wheel. There's a guy that's experimenting with totally replacing the foam on those wheels.

Good luck with your project.  I remember getting a few of those myself and saving them.  The triple black one I had was in a lot worse condition when I started on it and now take a look at how it turned out.

Welcome Catfish, that really looks like a great Challenger! Did you get rid of the Imperial? What engine did or does that have in it? If you can swing it, IMO that 70 really deserves a big block. Keep us posted, looking forward to seeing some progress reports.

Hey Catfish, I just was thinking about this Challenger of yours, it has the ralley hood, A/C and some nice options from what I can see, what is the vin number or fender tag info if you don't mind me asking?
