Anyone know of a convertible donor?
« on: October 04, 2005 - 06:51:29 PM »
Hey just wondering if anyone knows of or has a convertible donor car they're feeding off of. If so I'd appreciate it, Thanks.

As long as it's a convertible wheel well, that looks like it!

What is this picture out of? I'd like to see if there is one like that for a convertible as I don't see the side rail support in there. Unfortunately all the reference pics I have are on my computer at my office.

Unfortunately I don't think that's it. The part I am looking for is welded on the inside to the top of the wheel well housing in a convertible only. Hardtops have them and verts have "caps" welded on. Make's 'em shorter for the top to fold down etc....well I'm sure you know!

You will have to get the hardtop version wheelhouse and modify it for a convertible. Pretty easy to do.
Cant kill the mean and ugly. Only the good die young...I plan to be here a while!!
