Any knowledgable baseball card people here?
« on: November 05, 2005 - 03:42:54 PM »
I bought a slot car at a swap meet today and for $10 it came in a box with a bunch of decals and plastic model parts and two packs of baseball cards.I know nothing of cards and assume they are worthless but before I throw them out I want to be sure. The box reads-
    Topps limited edition
           Kmart
 1962   20th anniversary    1982
 Topps AL & NL MVP`S
       BASEBALL
 picture cards bubble gum
    Collectors series
44 cards, 1 stick of bubble gum

Set or any cards that may be worth anything? $1,$100,super rare and worth $1,000?( I can dream can`t I?)

Is the gum still there?

I wonder if it gets better with age.

What kind of slotcar set?

Value would depend on which players you got. Rookie cards and such. Who did you get?
