SOS

Thanks for the pictures. My favorite the Plum Crazy Chally.

I was parked next to that car & spent a lot of time talking to the people who own it. By the way it's principle owner is a lady named Jemana ( I hope that spelling is close) she is a Lebanese Muslim lady who wears the traditional Hijab (spelling again) head dress & is the nicest person you could meet. Her husband Steve also was very friendly & helped me with a contact for some parts for my car, great people.

What's the point of all that you might ask, it's just that the lady was telling my wife how much flack she & her daughters cop for being a bit different & following their religion from some ignorant people who want to label every Muslim as a terrorist or an enemy of some sort. People are people all over the world, good & bad, don't judge a book by it's cover.

Now here endeth the lesson (getting down off soap box)

Was good to get out and get some inspiration - gonna have the Barracuda there next year for sure. Caught up with SOS and said G'day and chatted about our cars and stuff.  I rushed home to post my pics but my el-cheapo dial-up connection didn't want to play but will try again tonight and maybe post a few Aussie Chargers pics as well.  The pink Chally has been a show winner around here for a few years now (not sure how it went this year?) and it looks great in the flesh but I'm planning to have a Limelight Barracuda givin' it some competetion next year ;)

G'day OzCuda aka Mark, good to catch up with you, hope you enjoyed the day. I thought there were far fewer cars than the last few years but enjoyed myself anyway. I have posted some pics of other Mopars including a couple of Aussie Chargers on Other Mopars Off Topic but there's always room for some more. By the way, what was your favorite car? I find it hard to go past the low mileage 57 Chysler Saratoga coupe just up from where my car was parked.
