Larry Lyles' book "Project Charger", about restoring a 1970 Charger RT, is great. Lots of good info on home powdercoating, trim resto, etc. A must-have.
Also, "Build Book: Fear Factor Cuda" by Team Killeen, is a super-detailed book about the Fear Factor Cuda, which, although a bit of an extreme car, has lots of cool ideas and great photos of incredible workmanship. Another great read.
Just be careful when getting correctness tips from a book with an incorrect car on the cover! (Like the mopar book with the green 70 Challenger that has incorrect-for-1970 elastomeric bumpers on the cover)!
