Which carbs were available on a 71 383 E body?
« on: November 21, 2005 - 12:03:31 AM »
I have a Holley 4 bbl on my car, not sure if it's correct or not. I have heard many people talk about a Thermoquad. Were there different carbs on different engines?

I have a 71 Cuda also and as far as I know they used Holleys or AVS carbs.

The setup looks factory, just not too familiar with these cars yet.

I purchased a 71 in 1971! With a 383 and the four speed transmission, the Holley was standard. Not sure bout the 383 with the auto though.
