Since I'm working the dreaded "other" shift this week and won't get home until the wee hours of tomorow morning, I would like to wish each of you:

Thanks Jim and Pam, same to you and everyone here on the forum, hope you all have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

Out of necessity I needed to visit another board (for my 4WD truck issues), I was amazed and honestly a bit scared to even post because of how mean people were about asking questions.  Even the mods were rude.  Point is, C-C.com has to be the nicest bunch of people on the planet.  Think it has anything to do with the cars?   I'm thankful that the people here aren't like that no matter how stupid my posts are !

Hey Russ,
Just wondering if that sweet potato pie is a southern thing. A woman at work makes that, and she is from deep in the heart of S.C. Being a total northern dweeb, I think it is pretty much pumkin pie in disguise(LOL).

Happy Thanks giving to all and your loved ones!!!

  Mike

Haha, me too Mike. Sweet Potatos aren't big back in Brooklyn neither but zero fat, zero cholesterol, loaded in many vitamins (potassium, iron, B, E), and low in sodium. And they're sweet tasting - like candy. Of course being my favorite color of orange doesn't hurt either...

Happy Thanksgiving...i'm off to home cooked southern Thanksgiving land!!!
