I did NZ,
But they are adjustable. You don't have to drop the tranny to play with them. A little tightening of a screw-like-thingie, and you can make it shift harder, or softer.

yea i havent got to run mine yet but im gonna have to set mine im sure!! it it said to turn the little adjuster two full turns then back it of 25 degrees or something like that but im not sure if i got it exacly right we will see!

By "slight delay" what do you mean exactly? Say, in normal street driving, does the transmission and shifts feel stock?
I'm wanting to buy one but don't want to be taking my Mum for a drive to dinner or something and cruising at 30mph the car is shifting like Big Daddy tunned it!! LMAO I f I knew if only banged through gears under full or performance throttle I'd but it!

Thanks MEK

OK,
I don't want to mislead you. As it was stock, I was in third gear probably at 10 MPH. I never felt anything. With the shift kit, I hit second gear at about 1200 RPM going easy. Not much of a snap of the neck. But if you get on it from the start, the upshift is definitely harder(and funner), you have to really get on it to snap you neck at both upshifts(from second to third), so what I'm saying is, at normal driving conditions, your mother won't notice much. She really won't.

if you have a good stall it orda run fine everyday driving!! the stall should only engage if your foot is on the break!! then it want kick in till you get past 2500 right? i think thats how they work!! but if your just pulling off a stop sign you dont have to rev it to 2500 or whatever your stall is before it goes anywhere!! im pretty sure thats how they work i guess we will find out!

NZ I've had a transgo tow & go shift kit on my "other brand" car for 24 years with no problems. It makes them shift with less slippage so they last longer.
All automatics should have them imo.
