I personally know people who have either given away perfectly good running 318s, or junked them, because nobody wanted to buy them.  There really isn't much demand for them.  I wouldn't pay $200 for a 318.  If I had to buy a new engine, the smallest one I'd go for would be a 340.

I probably wouldn't buy one either, but if there was a 1970 318ci engine brand new from Chrysler unwrapped I'd like to place a bet that $200 wouldn't be the top bid for very long.  :thumbsup: "Good Running" and NOS are a completely different ball game.

Here's a 1973 block, 91,500 miles on it, not NOS, 2 bids, 2 days left and it's already half way to the $200 mark.....

Thanks for the replys.Looks like if its anything NOS its worth it,but he was pretty adamant about the plugs in the heads.Will try to contact him today,and let everybody know how it goes.
