1972 BS23 Cuda
« on: October 27, 2005 - 08:38:42 PM »
This is a 1972 Cuda 340 car. Some options known. Power disc brakes, front and rear sway bars, AC. At this time I have no title, fender tag lost, no buildsheet. Possibly under the dash but unknown. Was told rallye guages but haven't examined the wires closely. 8 3/4 rear non posi. This is a project car that needs a lot of sheet metal work. trunk floor&ext., quarters, floor pans, some rocker work. Frame seems good, haven't tap all through it to see. Includes, quarters, pass. fender, all glass, rear seat, some interior peices, extra AC heater box. (Possibly rockers). I have collected many parts for this, but are at an extra price. We could work out a package deal. Please someone save this E-body. With 70-71's getting harder to come by, 72-74's are coming around. I am asking 2700.00 obo. Please ask any and many questions if u like. thanks  mopar_maniac68@yahoo.com
I am also including a date coded 72 340 block and 360 heads(unkown year) aslo a set of doors that need some work but have internals in them.  I am open to reasonable offers. thanks

Is that a '72 or a '71?  The rear marker light doesn't look like the one on my '72 Challenger.  I thought Barracudas and Challengers had the same sidemarkers?  Am I mistaken?
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Super Blue,
That's a keen eye you have. It does look like a marker light from a 70, or 71 Cuda. Challengers and Cudas didn't have the same side markers in 70-71, I think they did in 72-74(maybe).

I am located in WI. An hour north of Milwaukee. This is a 72 BS23H2B2_____. On 70 and 71 I am almost positive they are like flush mounted, long and skinny. The pic I think makes it look long. I love E-bodies and hate to sell them, but I need some cash for another project. I was hopeing to move this before winter but no one is asking about it. thanks

Car is still for sale and am open to offers. I did mention the wrong side fender though I see. It's actually drivers side(needing work) I need to move this car. So if there's something that u don't want I can take it off the price. Or I can just sell it as a shell nothing included but what's in the pic. for 1500.00  thanks  Jason
